How long does this process take?
The process to get into your property will take approximately 8-12 weeks to complete. During this time, we will:

• Help you shop for a property
• We will buy the property and have you sign contracts for the purchase option in the future

What if I have bad credit?
This program is designed for people who don’t have good credit. During the 2 to 3 year term, we will help you develop a plan to repair your credit while you enjoy the comfort of your own home.
What would my rent be?
Your rent would be dependent on the amount of savings you have. The more savings you have, the lower your rent will be. The total down payment required at the end of the term is fixed so after subtracting your savings, we will require a rent credit each month that is equal to the difference of the down payment and savings over 2 to 3 years.
How does it work?
Briefly, this program allows you to rent in a property that you would be interested in purchasing within the next 2 to 3 years. During the term, we will help you repair your credit or help you save up the down payment before the end of the term. At the end of the term, we assist you in purchasing the property.
Can you help with no downpayment?
Starting with savings in this program is a must. But gifted money from someone else or borrowed from family members or friends etc will count as well.
What support can I get from you?
Our real estate specialists and real estate team will support you to be a successful home owner. We will work with you every step of the way to find and secure the home you love. Our credit counsellors will walk you through the process to build or re-build your credit.
Are there any fees?
No. We don’t charge any fees at all. Everything is clear on the table that we will show you in the beginning of the rent to own process. We are responsible for the initial closing cost and realtor commissions as well. You will be responsible for any type of inspections that are required as if you are buying your own home.
Can you send me some pictures of the home?
Our rent to own program prefers you to pick out your own home from the ones on sale from the market, as we feel that there are more choices available this way. Only and important to remember that the house you pick must fit in your financial capabilities. At the end of the term, we want to make sure you will be qualify for a traditional mortgage.
Will my monthly payments change throughout the Rent to Own term?
That is also the best part in this Rent to Own program. The monthly payments are fixed for the duration of the program.
